In 2011, Lunch appeared in Mutantes: punk, porn, feminism, a film directed by Virginie Despentes, also featuring Annie Sprinkle and Catherine Breillat. She also wrote, directed and acted in underground films, sometimes collaborating with underground filmmaker and photographer Richard Kern.
